Fall Meeting

Meeting called to order

President Sharon Beasley called the meeting to order at 1:35 p.m. at the OBGA Educational Building in Stillwater.

Minutes

Minutes from the Winter General Meeting were read and approved.

Treasurer’s report

Madeline Baldwin gave the treasurer’s report.

Balances: Checking Account (10/10/2005) $1,650.20

Savings Account (10/10/2005) $18,761.89

Membership Report

Sharon Beasley gave the membership report for Jerri Sharpe and handed out a current membership list. She reminded all members to pay their dues directly to OHS and not send them to AHS. Payment of dues to OHS will help keep track of the membership on a timely basis.

Horticulture Industries Show, January 6 & 7 in Tulsa

OSU – Stillwater scholarship recipients were introduced. Eric Spurlock and Julia Brotton.
