Passed unanimously.

VI. New Business
A. Garden Tour Preparation
Sharon Beasley suggested that listing the names of the tour volunteers in the OHS newsletter might be the best way to thank them for their assistance. The chairman of the tour can handle this as they see fit. It was also suggested that the garden tour should be set up in time to sell tickets at the Oklahoma Garden Festival in Oklahoma City, which occurs in February. Possibly vouchers could be sold that could be redeemed for tickets at a later time. Plans for the Garden Tour will be discussed more at the September board meeting. The Tour date is set for the 1st Saturday in June.
B. Oklahoma Garden Festival Awards
Last year OHS gave two awards at $50 each in the horticulture division at the Oklahoma Garden Festival. It was suggested that more could be funded for the 2002 Festival. Seconded by Carla Childs. Passed Unanimously
